Financial Aid Programs No Longer Accepting New Applications

The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is currently not accepting any new applications for this program. Due to the large amount of applicants who applied during the original year of funding/implementation (many of which are still pending admittance into the program), and the significant funding reduction to this program over the years, Cal OES is unable to open the JRJ program for any new applicants.

All inquiries regarding the JRJ program can be sent to: jrj@caloes.ca.gov

The Golden State Education and Training Grant (GSETG) Program supported Californians who lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic with a one-time grant of $2,500 for reskilling, up-skilling, and accessing educational programs to get back into the workforce.

The GSETG Program concluded after making the final payments for the 2022-23 academic year. CSAC is no longer accepting grant applications for this program.
